LYNNWOOD PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT
WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBER

(LYNNWOOD,
WA) - On August 9, 2010, Lynnwood City Council voted to appoint Lynn Melby to the Lynnwood Public Facilities District Board of Directors as Board Member.
With over 35 years of association management experience, Melby currently
spends his time speaking, teaching and consulting to various non-profit
organizations, corporations and government entities. Mr. Melby attended University of North Dakota, earning a degree in Journalism. He added a master's degree from the School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University.
"Lynn brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the Lynnwood Public Facilities District Board of Directors," said Mike Echelbarger, the Lynnwood Public Facilities District Board Chair.
"We are excited to have Lynn on our Board of Directors."
The Lynnwood Public Facilities District owns the Lynnwood Convention Center
and contracts with SMG to manage the facility.
