Greetings!
Please consider supporting the 3rd Annual Fundraiser for Angel Kisses, either through a donation, or attending the event. Angel Kisses was founded in 2009 with a dual purpose. First, to help raise awareness and understanding of pregnancy loss in our community. Second, but equally as important, to help bring peace and healing to families who have experienced pregnancy loss by creating an outlet in which families can honor their lost children and give back to the community. They seek to accomplish these endeavors through outreach and fundraising.
The goal for the 3rd Annual Angel Kisses Fundraiser is to raise money for the following purposes:
- To help establish the Bereavement Room at Beaumont Hospital as a place of solace, by providing resources and soothing amenities for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.
- To assist in funding the revitalization of the Child Remembered Section at Roseland Park Cemetery, including the addition of a memorial statue.
- Continue to support the Child Remembered Program at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital.
Woody's donates a portion of the food sales during the event, and there's also a huge silent and live auction held. Please help spread the word by sharing this e-mail. Pregnancy loss is something that's not often discussed, but something that touches most everyone you know.
Sincerely,
Craig Backus
