What Are They Thinking? Mark and I have had the pleasure of working with many schools throughout the Midwest this year. Whether we were sharing the predictable patterns of human behavior or Love and LogicŪ skills, educators and parents have seen the value in understanding and developing the skills to reduce stress, increase productivity and develop better relationships. Midyear can become a stressful time for both staff and students. We are in the midst of the academic year and the kids are getting tired. When we are feeling tired, stressed or under pressure we tend to go to our secondary style. Since this behavior is not what we are accustomed to, we may look at our students or co-workers and ask, "What are they thinking?" When overwhelmed, I have noticed that my more reserved style student, Anna, shuts down. She doesn't want to talk about it. She goes to her secondary style, the "C" in her S/C blend. We may experience either "fight or flight" in our students. Our outgoing personalities may get more aggressive (fight) and our more reserved students check out (flight). Take a proactive step and give your staff additional skills and insights to understand,
"Predictable Patterns to Increase Productivity" Solving the People Puzzle In this introduction to "Relationship Dynamics", we enable the participants to recognize Personality Styles and the common characteristics of Behavior Traits. The understanding of student's personalities assists in building better relationships while meeting motivational needs before we experience out of control, disruptive behaviors.
-
Learn about the different personality types based on traits, personal "pace" and "priority" in order to make learning and interpersonal relationships better and more productive.
-
Identify and recognize the motives and drives of our staff and students.
-
Value individual strengths of all personality, learning and teaching styles.
-
Enhance your ability to connect, communicate, and teach Grade Level Content Expectation (GLEC) more effectively by understanding predictable behavior patterns.
This fun and informative Staff Meeting workshop is sure to increase staff moral and provide insights and skills for immediate application as it pertains to positive teacher/student relationships. We need to "Reach Them to Teach Them". |

With all the looming economic challenges, we are excited to be able to share ways to understand the patterns and needs of others. We believe this will reduce stress, enable more productivity while improving relationships both professionally and personally.
At the end of the day, take home more energy to those you care about the most. We look forward to working with you and your team in the future.
Sincerely,

Karen Wagnon Mark Wagnon
