Here are some time proven ways to help you weather the heat.
- Drink 2-4 Glasses of Pure Water before breakfast. Hydrating first thing in the morning has been a way of life in Japan for years. There are many health claims with this "water treatment" but what we're focused on is staying hydrated.
- Keep a cool wrap around your neck. Cowboys used their bandanna for more than dust. Keeping a cool towel or wrap around your neck helps keep you cooler when the heat is on.
