gameshow
The Profit Sharing/401k Council of America (PSCA) strongly believes that companies need to communicate with and educate their employees about the importance of saving for retirement. PSCA created 401(k) Day as an annual event to promote retirement savings education. Whether you offer a 401(k), 403(b), 457, or some other retirement plan; the spirit of the day applies.
6 New Requirements for Tax Exempt Hospitals
A section of the healthcare reform law, the Affordable Care Act, raises standards for charity care, financial assistance and meeting community needs for non-profit hospitals receiving tax-exemptions. Preventive Services Covered under the Affordable Care Act
If you have a new health insurance plan or insurance policy beginning on or after September 23, 2010, the preventive services listed in the following article link must be covered without your having to pay a copayment or coinsurance or meet your deductible, when these services are delivered by a network provider.

Families Unprepared for Impact of Critical Illness
Two recent MetLife companion studies found that experiencing a critical illness, such as cancer, a heart attack or stroke, can reduce a family's income by more than $12,000 in the first year alone - even with medical coverage in place - primarily due to the inability to work. In addition, these families experience out-of-pocket medical costs of about $3,000 in the first year after diagnosis. Yet nearly half (46%) of full-time working Americans have less than $5,000 in savings available.

LIMRA:  Individual Life Insurance Falls to 50 Year Low
