July 23 - July 30: UBA Top 10

One to One Mentoring Header

Best Wishes to Susan Toalson!
Executive Director Advances as Business Leader

Susan ToalsonThe UBA would like to thank Susan for her commitment and dedication over the past four years. Her tenure as executive director will be remembered as a time of growth, stability and progress. Susan led as the UBA expanded membership, and it was her unique ability to understand the needs of business owners in Urbana that drove this success. Perhaps her greatest achievement was to connect the business community. Her efforts with the Downtown Association, Krannert Center District and beyond as well as with networking events and this very newsletter have helped promote all of the wonderful aspects of the Urbana marketplace. Susan will return for a final encore during the upcoming Urbana Sweetcorn Festival, the city's largest event and one to which she has brought new life. We will miss the passion and energy she brought to the UBA and to the City of Urbana, and we wish her great success in the future with the University of Illinois Employee's Credit Union. -UBA Staff and Board of Directors
