We will act as your Buyer's Agent during the real estate selection process to help you find your new home or office.  Our Principal, Michele Dempsey, is a licensed realtor and a registered architect.  She has practiced architecture for 14 years and is the President of DxDempsey Architecture + Design, a full service architecture firm committed to thoughtful, sustainable architecture.  She instantly brings added value to the real estate search due to her knowledge of design, building systems, and construction.  As a realtor, she works with Wayne Evans Realty.  Wayne is the first Realtor in Lackawanna County to receive NAR's Green Designation and shares the same core values of sustainability that DxDempsey has always practiced and that xform will inherit.  In fact, the creation of xform is due to our desire to re-use existing buildings by adapting them to the way people live today.
