Greetings!
Art-loving locavores can rejoice all summer long in Tompkins County, with plenty of opportunities to take in the efforts of artists of all disciplines from right here at home.
Fantastic local theatre productions (both indoors and out!), concerts and music festivals, and new gallery exhibitions starting each First Friday throughout downtown Ithaca are just the tip of the iceberg: CAP will be hosting our summer Ithaca Artists' Market in July and the new maps for the Greater Ithaca Art Trail are now available (more on those below). Our friends at the Johnson Museum of Art have also just opened a new exhibition highlighting the work of Tompkins County artists titled "Homegrown: The Harriott Collection."
With all this great local product, why not support our artists and make it a stay-cation this summer?
