STUCK FOR SOMETHING TO DO
THIS FRIDAY NIGHT?
NAMASTE! Look no further! It's Chef Patron Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala's famous Khaadraas Club ('Greedy Pigs') Dinner evening once again this Friday, 29th June at 6.45pm.
Parsee-inspired dishes like you may never have experienced before.
This isn't a club in the pay-a-membership-fee-to-join (at least not yet!) sense, but we do have some criteria...and that's that you enjoy a good appetite and healthy sense of adventure. It's cooking the way Cyrus' Mum taught him!
The Menu
In a small break with tradition, and one we won't repeat often as Chef Cyrus really does prefer an element of surprise, this time we're publicising our Khaadraas Club menu. So you can really count the days before this Friday night!
First Course
AKOORI ON TOAST
Arguably one of Parsee cuisine's greatest egg dishes. Spicy! Gets Parsees drooling wherever they may be
GRAVY NA CUTLESS
Spiced minced lamb flattened to form a thin patty, dipped in egg and fried, served on a bed of tomato gravy
Second Course
SAAS NI MACHCHI NAY ROTLI
The word 'Saas' simply means 'sauce', but this is also the version of a white fish Veloute, thickened with egg and ground rice rather than flour, flavoured with cane vinegar, fresh mint and coriander, served with a chappati
Main Course
MUTTON SALI BOTI
Small dices of Manx Loaghton Mutton simmered in Hunza apricot- flavoured sauce, served drizzled with fine straw potatoes
VAGHARAELA CHAAWAL
Light pulao flavoured with whole spices
MASALA NA PAPAETA
Diced potato gently spiced
Dessert
BAARAELI BADAAM NI KULFI
Burnt Almond Kulfi
Tickets are only £29.95 per person. That's this Friday night planned! Namaste! To book your places, contact
