Cyrus & Pervin in kitchen 2012

Namaste! Chef Patron Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala herald the Jubilee weekend with the addition to our a'la carte menu of the dishes prepared for the VIP buffet at HM The Queen and the

Duke of Edinburgh's Diamond Jubilee luncheon in March 2012.

Game Samosas
Potato Gnocchi Gratin with Wild Mushroom Sauce
Sea Bass in Light Green Curry
Red Onion and Cumin Rice

...and along with these 'reigning' dishes, we continue to offer
Chef Cyrus' Dish Fit for The Queen...

'The Country Captain'

Slowly cooked mutton from the rarest of the rare sheep from the Orkney Island of North Ronaldsay, animals that live purely on kelp and seaweed. The meat is cooked with spices in a red onion and tomato gravy, topped with cumin-flavoured mashed potato and baked.

£2.00 of every dish sold will go towards supporting our adopted charities, including Learning for Life and The Time and Talents Association
