Our great friend, the Roux Scholar and Michelin-star Chef Simon Hulstone is always in the news. Whether it's competing for Great Britain in prestigious culinary showcases such as the Bocuse d'Or or giving us a gold at the World Chef Championships in France, Simon is the quintessentially British chef: talented yet understated, ferociously independent and innovative. Now you may have heard that he's literally flying the flag,with his new British Airways menus for this summer's very special event! Simon soars! A true 'Great Briton'.

So we are absolutely thrilled to have Simon back with us next week as our Adventure Gourmet star when he shows you how to prepare Sustainable Fish & Seafood Dishes.
