The recently re-opened Rib Room in Knightsbridge's Jumeirah Carlton Tower has been called the 'bastion of British beef'. Little wonder, with newly appointed Head Chef Ian Rudge tackling prized cuts of this fine British staple, along with other faultless versions of much loved culinary classics.

Ian has extensive experience having worked at the one Michelin-starred Northcote Manor, and as senior chef de partie at the two-Michelin-starred Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa in Wiltshire. This will be a lesson in what top-notch beef  and steaks are about. Executive Chef of Jumeirah Carlton Tower Simon Young will be with us too...and be introducing us to a new food maestro!
