Paul Gayler is the much-loved Executive Chef of The Lanesborough, one of the world's most prestigious destination hotels, known for everything discreet and selective. For years, Paul's cooking has helped burnish its reputation with his beyond-borders cuisine.
 
Classically trained, Paul has written over 20 cookbooks, including Paul Gayler's Sauce Book: 300 World Sauces Made Simple, judged 'excellent' by the Observer Food Monthly. In this Adventure Gourmet session, let Paul show you how to make the all-important sauce, the basis of haute cuisine, but also the source of truly delicious flavours.
