In this demonstration, Colin will show you what you can create for your guests with the finest seasonal Scottish produce. It's that time of year...Don't miss this adventure!

10am- Tea and coffee on arrival
10.30am - Master Chef Demonstration begins 12:30pm - Q & A
1pm - 3-course gourmet lunch with wine at Cafe Spice Namaste 2:30pm - End of session
