The consummate pro, Simon is also Chef Patron of The Michelin-starred The Elephant in Torquay, which has helped put the English Riviera on the map. In this Masterclass, Simon will show you how to prepare some of the world-class dishes he prepared for his first Bocuse d'Or.
He may even give you an insight or two into the heady world of competing with the international culinary elite! A true player, Simon is also the only British chef to win a gold in the World Chef Championships in 2010. A golden opportunity, not to be missed!
