able to list in-kind donations from our supporters, including our
amazing friends at Disney. Currently listed are over 50 DVD's, CD's,
movie posters and much more!! Please help us spread the word! And
remember, 100% of the proceeds go to BAF. Happy bidding!
And, if you are a seller on eBay, you can choose to donate a portion of
your proceeds to Bark Avenue Foundation. Anywhere from 10-100% of the
sale price of your items can be earmarked for Bark Avenue Foundation.
Or, if you have items you would like to donate to us, we'll post them
on eBay. In either case, it's a tax deductible contribution for you and a way for you to make a difference in the lives of abandoned pets in Los Angeles!

Bark Avenue
Foundation was recently chosen by Purina
ONE
to be part of their exclusive One Hope
Network. We are one of only 35 animal
welfare organizations in the nation to be invited into the program and
are the ONLY group located in the Southern
California area! This program will help raise awareness about shelter
animals available for adoption as well as promote volunteer opportunities.

Saturday, April 18th
- Pets in the Park! An event to bring the Hollywood community together
to raise awareness about pet responsibility, pet
adoptions and to provide valuable resources to pet owners. Co-sponsored
by Los Angeles City Councilmembers
Tom LaBonge and Eric
Garcetti. Pet adoptions, a canine coach, free giveaways and more.
Location: Hollywood Recreation Center at Cahuenga Bl. and Santa
Monica Bl. from 11am-3pm.
Saturday, April 25th - The
ASPCA's first annual 'Go Orange for Animals' celebration in Los Angeles.
Bark Avenue Foundation is the only rescue invited to bring adoptable pets!! The
day starts with a 1.5 mile walk for people and their dogs. Registration for the
walk begins at 9:30am and the event kicks off at 11am. At 12pm, walk
participants and the general public will be invited to a celebration featuring
our adoptable pets, radio station giveaways, ASPCA experts, refreshments,
entertainment , pet friendly activities and much more. Location: Windward Plaza
area of Venice

Saturday, May 2nd, and Sunday,
May 3rd - Big Sunday Weekend. Big Sunday is a day of service that has
expanded into a whole weekend due to the enormous response from volunteers. As
many as 50,000 residents of Los
Angeles County volunteer in their communities over Big Sunday
weekend! The weekend kicks off with Pets 90210, an adoption event in Roxbury
Park in Beverly Hills, from
11am-3pm on Saturday. On Sunday, May 3rd, volunteers will come to Bark Avenue
Foundation to do physical work at our shelter like repairs, painting,
organizing, cleaning, construction and more! To lend a hand, please register at
www.bigsunday.org to help Bark
Avenue Foundation for one or both days.
