My pet had an accident on my carpet, my favorite rug, my couch, etc.  What do I do?"

Quick fix: "The Mighty Paper Towel" - when your pet pees on the carpet, grab the roll of paper towels, put towels down on the spot and absorb - absorb - absorb.  Keep using towel after towel, until no more moisture transfers step on them, get your body weight in there to really get every ounce of moisture out of the carpet.  If any color or odor remains, mist with plain cool tap water, and repeat the paper towel absorption process.  Paper Towels are just about the most absorbent thing in your home, and they are mighty cheap!

"But what about all those cleaning products I can buy?"

Most products that are readily available to the consumer leave a residue behind.  That residue attracts dirt, new dirt, so the area where the spot cleaner was used will re-soil more quickly that the areas around it.
