Bark Avenue, the premier dog and cat daycare and boarding facility wishes to thank you. No other facility offers you the convenience of "Everything under one Woof!" We hope to educate and inform you on topics important to the health and well being of your best furry friend. Susan Thixton, noted author and lecturer, will write our Yummy for the Tummy feature, bringing you critical information on the food we feed our best furry friends and it' safety. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there are topics that you wish to have more information on. We wish you a lifetime of love with your best furry friend.

The Bark Avenue Forum 

The 2nd Tuesday of each month we are sponsoring the Bark Avenue Forum at our facility. News and information important to you and your pet will be presented along with coffee and treats (both two legged and four legged). We will have guest speakers, prominent downtown representatives and critical information such as our Pet CPR and First Aid classes. Plan on spending a little time with us on these Tuesdays. It will be time well spent!

Home Away From Home 

If your best furry friend is getting a little older or has some health issues requiring medication please remember that Bark Avenue now offers "Special Needs Day care and Boarding." There is a separate place where your special needs pet can play and interact with other special needs pets. Our trained Bark Avenue team members are very focused on making sure that medications are properly administered and that your best furry friend enjoys their home away from home in complete safety!

Adoption "Spot Light" of the Month
 Winston is a 2 year old Neutered Male Shepherd/Staffie mix.  He was in the K9Connection program and did a great job at graduation.  He is a sweet boy who loves to go on hikes and walks.  He also loves to sit on the couch and watch TV with you keeping you warm and loved.  Winston prefers to be the only animal in the house.  He loves kids and wants to hug you and shower you with kisses.  For more information on Winston please call Dawn at 213-840-0153
