This weekend we bring you our popular Bring a Friend Weekend. This is a great way for current students to introduce your family and friends to the practice of Bikram Yoga. This is how it works:
Current Students can
Bring a Friend* to Any Class and The Friend
Receives a Complimentary Class.
The Current Student Receives a Complimentary Week** of Yoga if During the Weekend Your Friend Purchases a Special Intro Month of Bikram Yoga for Just $39***.
Open to All Classes on Saturday, October 1st
7am, 9am, 4:30 pm
and
Sunday, October 2nd - 9am and 4:30pm
* A friend is anyone who is a central Oregon resident and has not practiced Bikram Yoga for at least six months.
** You can use your complimentary week of yoga for yourself or give to a friend that has not practiced Bikram Yoga. The free week must be used within 30 days.
** The Special Intro Month must start within 10 days of purchase.

Five Simple Steps to Enhance Your Yoga Practice

1. Arrive 15 minutes before class and relax in the room.
2. Breath calm and normal during class.
3. Follow the teachers timing as you come in
& out of the posture.
4. Move to a new spot each day in class.
5. Commit to a 30 day challenge.
Whether you are a new student or have practiced for years, learning to keep your practice simple will give you more out of your life. In other words - always keep a beginners mind. When you do that you will smile and feel at peace.

Michael's Book

Over the last several months Michael has had an almost total focus on writing and completing his first book. Though it could change, the working title of the book is "Walking Through the Pain." This book is a memoir of how Michael overcame critical health issues and addictions. Currently he is discussing with his writing coach, agents and publishers the best way to release his first book. At this early juncture the book has received a great deal of attention and praise. Michael was selected and invited to discuss the book in October with over 100 national print, radio and tv media at a prestige five day publicity event in New York City.
