The most important part of my job is listening to our clients. I want to personally thank you all for offering such crucial feedback to me over the last year and have made major investments back into the company in order to provide you with a better travel experience.

For example, we have made significant investments in hiring new personnel to enhance face-to-face interactions with our customers and to provide proactive travel assistance in terms of logistical international travel expertise, VIP and Executive services, increased hours and on-the-road support.

In addition, to reduce the time you spend on travel planning and increase the ease and convenience of being on the road, we have made a substantial investment in travel technology, which we will roll out in the first and second quarters of 2011.

We have developed and launched a new website geared to all segments of our business. For our corporate travel clients this means access to the best online and mobile travel tools and expense reporting. You can now make travel plans on your smartphone, book a taxi, keep track of your receipts and even submit expense reports from your phone!

Our efforts in integrating cutting-edge travel technology were recognized in a feature article in Computerword magazine on the 24th of January.

While I want clients to have the technology they need to make business travel as convenient and seamless as possible, I also want clients to know us, and to know their travel advisor. We have extended our business hours for you, and are now open 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

We have managed to integrate useful technology while maintaining a people business. The technology is there for your ease and convenience, but you are always welcome to contact your travel advisor for the highest level of personalized service.
