Kids: Reminders For Your Kids

Time: Time for Nothing
I recently learned that some types of sharks must remain in motion to survive. Some people, myself included, feel that applies to us as well.
If you have trouble relaxing, perhaps your schedule is running you rather than you running your schedule.
Consider setting aside time each day or each week to do nothing. Just a few minutes of quiet meditation might help us keep our lives in perspective and find more room for simple happiness.

Home & Office: Having the Right Amount
While I usually aim to reduce and have less, I also recognize that there are times when it is simply more convenient to have more.
It is a good practice to avoid overbuying items or purchasing multiples of items simply because a product is on sale.
That being said, it is often more convenient to have extras of something that gets used often.
A family could share a USB stick, tape dispensers, or tissues, but having multiples of these items in locations where they are used just makes good sense.
