Kids: Monthly Allowance
Weekly allowance can be a nuisance; parents often forget or don't have the right change available.
How can you simplify allowance?
Pay allowance at the start of each month.
Base the allowance amount on the child's age and what you expect them to purchase on their own (movie tickets, lunch, etc.)
You may also want to include an amount that they must donate to charity. This encourages them to start thinking about what causes are meaningful to them.
A monthly allowance can teach your child the value of money as well as the importance of saving and prioritizing.

Time: Planning
Life offers two great gifts - time and the ability to choose how we spend it.
Planning is a process of choosing among those many options. If we do not choose to plan, then we choose to have others plan for us.

Half our life is spent trying to find something to do with the time we have rushed through life trying to save.-Will RogersScheduling downtime is an important way to keep your life in balance.
