I would like to welcome the returning Junior Tour Members as well as all new members. As a Junior Tour Member you will receive six or seven of these newsletters annually. The format of the newsletter will stay consistent and this is where we highlight and announce new programs, tournaments, college signings and other exciting information. Representing NJ for the Boys Division will be 2nd place finisher Max Greyserman, who won the event last year but had to WD from the National Championship after 1 round due to a wrist injury. St. John's University has a rich golf tradition in the Northeast region. 2011 PGA Champion Keegan Bradley attend St. John's and they currently have 4 New Jersey Natives on their squad.

RYAN MCCORMICK - Ryan has not only had a lot of success during his first two college seasons but he is also the reigning NJ State Amateur Champion. 3 weeks ago he broke the scoring record and finished -12 under par after four rounds at Baltusrol. Ryan was leading the Ike Championship after 1 round and finished 8th. He currently sits 4th on the MGA Player of the Year points list and tied for 1st on the NJ State Golf Association's Player of the Year points race. Ryan was named to the First Team All Big East this year.

Ryan's dad Mark is the Head Pro at Suburban Golf Club in Union, NJ. Mark qualified for the US Open at Olympic and Ryan had the opportunity to go inside the ropes and follow his dad. A highlight of the week was a practice round with Phil Mickelson.

PAT WILSON - Pat is the older brother of current Junior Tour Member Cory Wilson  and US Kids Golf North Jersey Tour Member Kyle Wilson. The Wilson family play out of Panther Valley G&CC in Hackettstown, NJ. Pat played one year at Susquehanna University before transferring to St. John's two years ago. Pat finished t-5th at the state amateur this year after finishing t-3rd last year and also made the cut at the Ike this week, finishing  6th. He sits 2 places behind McCormick on the MGA points list. Pat also made First Team All Big East.

JEREMY QUINN - Jeremy also plays out of Panther Valley G&CC and has one years left at St. John's. Jeremy, like Pat and Ryan, was a top high school player in New Jersey while he attended High Point High School. Jeremy also qualified for the 2012 NJ State Amateur, made the cut and finished 12th.

MARK COSTANZA - Mark grew up in Bergen County and played 3 years of high school golf at Bergen Catholic. Mark made our Alll State Team twice before finishing his high school career in Florida. 100 Hole Marathon

Four years ago I played 100 holes of golf in a day to raise money for our golf foundation's Golf in Schools Program. Through the generosity of many of you and your companies, I raised $4,500.  Please CLICK HERE for more information on the Golf Marathon and how you can support this great cause. My goal this year is to raise $10,000.

The family or company that donates the largest amount will be able to pick the elementary or middle school we go into next. We are currently in over 160 schools in NJ and have approximately 97,000 students learning the game as part of the physical education curriculum.
