Miss Karen breaks out of her routine!

I've had many many requests for a Wednesday class.  I've been hesitant because it's not the most convenient day for me BUT I can't ignore the abundant number of requests for Wednesday anymore.  SO  I need you all to prove to me that this day is a great day for a 90 minute workshop.  And because I am all about fun, I want this to be fun for you. So here's what I am going to do.  - A contest!!

The next workshop will be on May 30^th from 9:30 to 11:00 am.  Yes that's next week!  I will offer a prize to the person who invites the most people via full scholarship ticket or by email. AND I will have gifts for the three people who bring the most guests (and this can include yourself).   The person who invites the most people will get a 15 minute laser coaching session with me to help you work on your infomercial.  The three people who bring the most guests will get one $25 Visa gift card each OR a laser coaching session - your choice.

If you want to participate you must email me and ask for the "email promoting the class" or let me know you are participating in another way.  Please don't send unsolicited email to people.  (you know what I mean) Only forward the email to people who have asked you to do that.

It's up to you now.  Wednesday or not Wednesday  - that is the question!!  Help me find out what the answer is!!

Miss Karen's Monthly Musing

So I am sitting here writing my ezine and I am thinking about Summer Hockey and all of the traveling we'll be doing just to drive more ice rinks.  Don't get me wrong, I love hockey and supporting my son, but Arizona in June??? Yeah.  That's what I said. 

And then there's what to do with "antigravity dog".  Antigravity dog is a year old black and tan cocker spaniel who I swear doesn't believe that gravity exists.  She'll try to jump up on something much too high for her little legs and then be genuinely surprised when she falls.  I think that if her tail suddenly became a helicopter she wouldn't be the least bit perturbed as she hovered at face level having one of those "nose conversations" that she commonly has with us when we're playing. 

Anyway I digress.  I guess I'd better get this ezine done before she wakes up and starts trying to leap tall buildings with a single bound! Makes it kind of hard to concentrate - ya know?

Women's Wisdom Weekend coming up soon!

It's been about a year since I attended the Women's Weekend in Santa Cruz.  Wow.  It seems like both forever ago and just yesterday all at the
same time.

This was a life changing weekend.  It completely changed how I approached my business, but more importantly it changed who I am as a person.  I was blown away by the wonderful community of open hearted people whose primary concern is to heal the world.  And I saw for the first time a glimpse of who I really wanted to be when I "grew up".

As I attended the workshops and saw the trainers, I remember thinking through the whole thing - wow, I want to present here. This is what I am about -  presenting high quality workshops and helping other people be successful.  Well, I made the decision to make it all happen, and this year I am a speaker at this event. It will be in San Jose this time (closer to home for many of us) at the Hayes Mansion.  I've never spoken at a mansion before.  This will undoubtedly be another amazing weekend!
