Maryanne
Weiss is president and owner of Gustare® Ltd., a fine jewelry company. She is
the chapter chair of Greater Phoenix SCORE, where she specializes in mentoring
entrepreneurs on strategies for business growth. Weiss uses her experience and
abilities to identify how to position people, companies and products so they
can catapult to greater success.
Weiss
is the skills standard commissioner for the Arizona Department of Education and
she serves on an advisory board for the Arizona State Board of Business and
Marketing. She is a consultant and advisory director for TechBA at Arizona
State University. Weiss is also a public speaker and adjunct lecturer in
graduate schools of business in California.
The

On-the-Job
Training Program -
Wage reimbursement offered for
new jobs created in St. Charles County
An "On-the-Job Training" program that can reimburse eligible
companies up to 50 percent of a new worker's wages for up to six
months is now being offered through the Missouri Career Center of
St. Charles County to help spur local job creation.
The OJT program in St. Charles County has limited funds available
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Local companies interested in
participating must meet certain employment criteria and jobs in
retail trade and service industries are ineligible.
