Oct 18-Nov 26, Spin for Wellness - at Seekonk Total Fitness.
6-week introductory stationary cycling workshop. Includes heart rate monitor in course fee $105. Great for beginners or those who have undergone cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation.
 
Oct 18-23, Pilates for Pink - Total Fitness Clubs in Partnership with EVOLUTION Pilates & Nutrition will be holding Pilates Mat classes to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation & Shape Magazine's October Breast Cancer Awareness & Fundraising event: "Pilates for Pink."
 
A $10 donation is encouraged, but certainly not mandatory, for Pilates for Pink class participants.

100% of the proceeds from these "Pilates for Pink" Pilates Mat classes and proceeds from the sale of t-shirts will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Check the schedule or learn more
