Our Winter Fitness Challenge may be just what you need to get the results you're lookinng for!
This team-based program begins Sunday, 1/10 and lasts for ten consecutive weeks. The Winter Fitness Challenge consists of 10 one-on-one personal training sessions, group training and activities, and nutrition advice. This program provides the workout movitation that can only be found when you are held accountable to a team who is relying on you!
Get ready to meet your goals while forming life-long friendships during your 10-week journey to a new you!

Face it, we have a lot going on in our everyday life; long hours at work, demanding schedules and endless chores. Nevermind our New England winter filled with snow, ice and bitter cold! Getting to the gym, on the treadmill, to a class or even hitting the weights can feel daunting.
Coaches, trainers, teammates, and even the greatest of all athletes can't do it alone. People naturally perform better when others are there providing support and camaraderie. Statistics have shown that people who get involved and receive the support of others achieve a larger percentage of their goals than those who go about it alone. Positive peer pressure can be one of the most powerful motivators around. It is a lot harder to quit a team or group, or even bail on a friend, than it is to simply give up or quit on yourself.
Whether your resolution is to shed a few pounds, achieve a "beach body", train for a marathon, or just get healthier and feel great; there are an array of resources available for you to choose from within the Total Fitness Network. We are here to guide you, help you gain knowledge, provide new ideas and develop programs for a better chance at achieving those 2010 resolutions. Speak with a personal trainer, get a great workout in a Group Exercise class, or maybe even go all out and get in the best shape of your life by joining one of our Fitness Programs or Challenges. The possibilities at Total Fitness are endless... Regardless of which path you choose, good luck with your fitness goals in 2010, we are here to help!
