To learn about PTCT course registration, start/end dates, schedules, modes of presentation, training locations, etc.,  please check the training providers' websites or contact them by phone or email directly. The chart below contains a list of courses and the providers' contact information.

Reimbursement

If you are currently working as a full time or part time instructor for  a CIC-funded program in Ontario, you  are eligible for PTCT training fee reimbursement. However, as the available funding for reimbursement is limited, you are required to apply for reimbursement initial approval through PTCT Fee Reimbursement Administrative System at http://ptct.teslontario.org/ before the course start date. Please contact Arlyss Ponchuk, our PTCT Administrator, at ptctadministrator@teslontario.ca if you apply for reimbursement approval after the course start date. Approved applicants will be reimbursed when they have completed the "course exit" requirements. If you have any questions about reimbursement application, please contact Arlyss Ponchuk at ptctadministrator@teslontario.ca

Recognition

PTCT course  graduates with valid TESL Ontario Accreditation are eligible for the TESL Ontario PTCT Certificate of Recognition. Please mail, email, fax, or deliver a copy of your PTCT course certificate to TESL Ontario.
You will be able to access and print your PTCT Certificate of Recognition through the online Registries in the near future. In the meantime, TESL Ontario will be mailing hard copies of the certificate to eligible applicants.
