Etude was founded on the philosophy that winemaking begins in the vineyard long before the harvest and that superior grape growing diminishes the need for intervention by the winemaker, resulting in authentic varietal expression.
Honeydew, melon and pear along with subtle floral notes of jasmine comprise the aroma of the 2009 Etude Chardonnay. On the palate, the wine has fullness and present minerality. This vintage features acidity leveraged for aging and demonstrates distinctive complexity of flavors that will evolve in the bottle, and the glass, as well as on the generous finish.

Organic Minneola Tangelos
from Rucker Homestead, California
 The Minneola Tangelo is about the juiciest citrus you'll ever have! And they are at their peak in January. A cross between a grapefruit and a tangerine, they're easy to peel and super juicy, with a slight tartness. They contain little or no seeds and are loaded with vitamin C. Also known as Honeybells because of their bell-like shape, organic Minneola Tangelos are firm to slightly soft, heavy for its size and smooth-skinned with no deep grooves. The coloring will be deep orange to almost red. The season is quite short, only 2-3 months, so the time to get them is now!
We are offering ORGANIC Minneolas from the Rucker Homestead, a Family Farm in Southern California. They are USDA Certified Organic, grown without pesticides or herbicides so they are not only healthy for you, they're good for our earth.
