Old Amsterdam from Holland
 This month we are featuring Holland's most popular cheese, Old Amsterdam. This is an aged Gouda type cheese made from cow's milk with a nutty, rich, robust flavor and lingering finish. It's crafted with proprietary family-owned cheese cultures that yield a smooth texture. The distinguished black wax that encases this cheese is the mark of authenticity and premium flavor.Old Amsterdam won "Best of Class" award at the 2010 World Championship Cheese Contest.

Located in an 11-acre orchard across from West Valley College, this family farm has been producing quality fruit since 1925.
