Santa Maria, Aragosta
This white wine is produced using Vermentino di Sardegna DOC grapes. Best consumed the year after harvesting. Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: Heady, balanced and well-expressed, with a fresh fragrance reminiscent of ripe apple. Palate: Dry without being bitter; fresh and lively; very well-orchestrated, with a well-calibrated, almond-rich backdrop; excellent persistence. Matching: A divine match for fish, particularly shellfish.

Solnia, Tempranillo/Graciano
Tank fermented and aged, this Rioja offers a boatload of fresh red fruit at a bargain price. It offers bright, berry aromatics coupled with a medium weight palate which is perfect for the transitioning weather.

Lecciaia, Orvieto
Brillant straw yellow. The bouquet is very fruity and flowery with fresh notes of meadow flowers, citrus fruits, golden apple and fig. The taste is refreshing and smooth thanks to the balance between structure, acidity and fruity notes. The aftertaste is long and fragrant, with hits of fresh almond.

Monte Degli, Sangiovese
Deep, ripe black fruits and dark chocolate in the nose lead to jammy, yet fresh and lively blackberry and black raspberry flavors and hints of licorice and spice. This has great balance and style for a small price! Serve with pizza, pasta, or with cheeses, flatbreads and tapenade.

Zaca Mesa, Viognier
On the nose, aromas of honeysuckle and white peach hint at sweetness. However, this wine is dry on the palate with notes of ripe apricot, lemon-lime, melon and lychee. A lingering finish has a touch of minerality, a signature characteristic of our vineyard. A natural pairing would be Thai chicken, raw oysters, ahi tuna or Szechuan prawns.

Schilds, GMS
Colour is dark red to purple. Fully fragrant with the stylistic notes which speak of the generosity of flavours that are purely Barossa. An aromatic nose of lifted spice and savoury notes, a touch of oak ageing has given the wine hints of subtle spice, coconut and an intriguing complexity. A firm palate showing ripe berries, plum fruit and further hints of savoury oak. An outstanding example of the style with a firm palate structure and long, complex fruit characters, worthy of serious appreciation.
