We are hosting two wine classes in April;
 
A Sophisticated Entertaining Cooking Demonstration With Wine Pairing.
 
A fun and infomative New Zealand Red and White Wine Class. 
 
 
Food and Wine pairing  351 Sophisticated Entertaining:
 
 Sunday April 18th

Bin 66 University's training programs in Culinary Arts and Wine are designed for those aspiring to learn Sophisticated Entertaining and the art of living well.
 
Professors for this class will be  Chef Cyrus and Pātissier  Danielle from Eden Restaurant and the dedicated oenophiles at Bin 66. 

Cyrus and Danielle will be preparing a cooking demonstration at our downtown kitchen.  They will walk you through the preparation of various dishes that you will be able to taste and savor.  While you sample each dish, the staff at Bin 66 will pour and discuss wines that compliment each tasty bite.

Explore The Wonderful Wine Country of New Zealand

Please join us and our guest host Dave Dennett of Southern Wine and Spirits. This class will explore the wine growing regions of the north and south island country of New Zealand.  
 
All participants will learn the indigenous grape varietals from the various regions and why those grapes grow so well there.
 
Participants will also sample some regional cuisine along with red and white wines from this beautiful southern hemisphere island country.
