Your instructor for this class is Charles, cheese master from Nourish.
Class will include:
Instruction on the History, Making, and Origins of Artisanal cheeses from around the world. Don't worry you get to try them too! All with wine hand selected by our very own Tom Poor.
Class participants will get a coupon to shop at Nourish and try some of their great cheese at home with your friends and family.
