This Coming Friday and Saturday will be the Tastings for the Wine Club This Quarter. The Wine Club wines will be served at both events so if you miss one you can still taste these Fabulous wines.
Our Wine Club wines this month come to us from our friends at The Country Vintner. Kevin Mullarkey and Tom Ditzler, in conjunction with our very own Thomas Poor, have hand selected the wines from The Country Vintner's extensive and diverse catalog of wines to give our costumers the opportunity to sample a range of Impeccable wines at the best possible prices.
As always wine club wines are offered to our members at 20% off the listed price.

Third Quarter Wines
Santa Julia, Brut Rose $14.00
An elegant and delicate pink color with violet hues. Red fruits such as berries and strawberries typical of Pinot Noir, complex aroma due to time in yeast. A kind sweet entry, creamy and fresh, good volume in the mouth. Delicate presence of fresh red fruit. Well balanced and long finish.
Santa barbara, Chardonnay $16.00
Supple flavors, mouth pleasing weight, and good fruit intensity enhanced by barrel fermentation make this wine a good all around choice to satisfy a wide variety of foods. With enough structure to age for five to seven years, we think this wine is very enjoyable two years after the vintage year.
Man Vintners, Chenin Blanc $10.00
A refreshing wine with a bouquet of tropical fruit and melon. Rich and creamy on the palate with a mix of lively citrus and tropical fruit flavors. A versatile wine that will complement almost any food.
Big Fire, Pinot Noir $20.00
Delicious red fruits -wild raspberry, cherry, cranberry, red plum, passion fruit. Medium bodied, handsome, and bright.
Santa Julia, Organica Malbec $10.00
A full rich-flavored wine which has benefited from maturation in French oak for 10 months giving it structure and harmony. Intense plum and coffee aromas combine with spicy, smoky notes and a vanilla finish.
Justin, Cabernet Sauvignon $27.00
Justin Cab is dark red with a crimson hue. Aromas of raspberry, bing cherry, mushroom, and an assortment of spice, vanilla and leather make up the nose. A soft, fruit forward entry is accented by a touch of vanilla. The mid palate balances acidity and structure to produce a velvety moth feel found commonly in JUSTIN wines. The finish contains soft, yet prevalent tannins with hints of caramel, cedar and toasted oak.
Four Vines, Old Vine Zinfandel $15.00
Jammy and juicy, with ripe cherry and toasty mocha aromas and easygoing blackberry and spice flavors. Has enough tannins and structure to hold interest. |
