The latest market statistics show home values increasing while home sales lag behind last year's numbers. Here are some interesting facts to consider if you are interested in buying or selling your home.

With builders slowing production, home sales will catch up and the housing inventory will shrink, causing a tighter supply which any economist can tell you lessens the advantage for a buyer.

Interest rates are great right now and there is no way of knowing where they will be 6 months from now. Thinking a better value might come along could cost you if interest rates climb up even a quarter point.
