| Setting the Mission and Strategy
Our working session to fine-tune our NAFE Westchester Local Chapter strategy will be on July 28th, at 6:30pm. Please note that the building locks at 6:30pm so please be there before then. If you happen to be late, please contact my cell: 646-483-3427 so that we can let you in.

We are going to order a light dinner for those who confirm their attendence by July 27th. The agenda will include:
- Define our brand - what services and benefits will our chapter offer and what will make our chapter stand out from other networking groups.
- Identify the chapter committees, the committee chairs, the responsibilities of the chairs, the services that the committees will provide.
- Define the bylaws of our chapter.
