Setting the Mission and Strategy
We will be having a working session to fine-tune our NAFE Westchester Local Chapter strategy. It will be held on July 28th, at 6:30pm. The location will be dependent on how many people will be joining us.
Please email Dahlia@DahliaWebDesigns.com by July 1st to let us know if you plan to attend.
The agenda will include:
- Define our brand - what services and benefits will our chapter offer and what will make our chapter stand out from other networking groups.
- Identify the chapter committees, the committee chairs, the responsibilities of the chairs, the services that the committees will provide.
- Define the bylaws of our chapter.
If you would like to take an active role, please come to the meeting with your suggestions. And if you cannot attend, please submit your thoughts, recommendations, and how you would like to actively participate in the group, by July 14th, to Dahlia@DahliaWebDesigns.com . We will forward the recap of our meeting in August. The more active participation we have,
the more successful our group will be. Please review the current draft of our website www.NAFEWestchester.com. The website will be updated after the meeting.
