MARTA I-20 East Transit Initiative Survey
|
The purpose of this survey is to allow the public to provide input on the final alternatives being considered as part of the I-20 East Transit Initiative. These six alternatives are being evaluated to provide rapid transit service for the I-20 East Corridor. In addition to transit alignments, the following transit technologies are being evaluated:
* Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
* Light Rail Transit (LRT)
* Heavy Rail Transit (HRT)
Public input is an important consideration in the selection of the most appropriate alternative for the corridor. The result of this evaluation will be the Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA).
This survey will present fact sheets for each of the Screen 2 Alternatives. Once all the information has been presented, you will be asked to rate each alternative and provide your comments.
This linked survey will be available for completion until Sunday, October 30, 2011. Thank you for your participation.

Bulbs for Burgess
| Attention gardeners! Fall is here and that means it's time to think about spring flowers. Burgess-Peterson Academy students will be planting bulbs in gardening class, which means we need about 500 bulbs. Now is the perfect time to buy or order for fall planting, so please consider getting a few extra to donate to the students. You can deliver them to the school office or contact Michelle Rice and we'll arrange to pick them up.
Thank you!
