As a young boy growing up in Pennsylvania, Wayne Terry began working with his father at their family owned gas station and repair shop, changing tires and pumping gas. At an early age he learned what customer service meant and how to successfully run a business by following his father's strong entrepreneurial example. He dreamed of moving to a warmer climate, and joining the Navy was the perfect opportunity to do so. While enlisted for 8 years as an Aviation Storekeeper 2nd Class. After leaving the Navy, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Wayne was destined to become an entrepreneur just like his father. Armed with skills and determination in 2007, he purchased a company franchise, PuroClean E. He quickly learned every aspect of the company. Now in 2011, the company has grown to 7 full-time employees, 2 marketers, and several part-time employees. With only 4 years of the business under his belt, he was recently awarded "2010 Franchisee of the Year" for the entire organization. That honor speaks volumes of Wayne's great company! With his leadership ability and successful entrepreneurial skills, this is just the beginning of what we expect to see out of his franchise.
NARPM of Northeast Florida is Wayne Terry has not only provided exceptional service, value, and commitment to the property managers of our chapter, but has graciously participated in every opportunity to sponsor events, provide education, volunteer and donate prizes. He's a great business partner to many of us and also a true friend! We have proudly bestowed the title of "Affiliate of the Year" upon Wayne Terry of PuroClean Emergency Services!

NARPM Chapter forming in Tallahassee!

Karlus Henry (2nd from right in front) of Kingdom First Realty organized a meeting to start a new NARPM chapter for the Tallahassee area on Nov. 16th. Several members of the Northeast Florida Chapter board headed west to participate in the event, provide encouragement and support the formation of this new chapter. Congratulations to Karlus and those involved in this effort for a great turnout!
