New NARPM Chapter in Tallahassee

Karlus Henry of Kingdom First Realty has formed a small group that is holding its first organizational meeting to start a new NARPM chapter for the Tallahassee area on Nov. 16th. NARPM of NE Florida is planning on hosting Gail Moncla as teacher of a Trust Liability course that grants 3 hours of CE for Florida licensees. This will be about a half-day course. Specific times and costs TBA but it is a must attend for brokers, agents and bookkeeping staff who deal with property management. More details will be coming soon!

Help Wanted

We haven an opening on our Board of Directors for a communications liaison. The communications liaison is responsible for collecting and sending information that needs to go on our website, in our newsletter, in email blasts, on facebook, etc. This person would ideally need to attend board meetings and monthly luncheons, taking photos as necessary. Information would be sent to Suzanne Tomlinson, who creates all email correspondence, updates the website, designs print collateral, writes & distributes press releases, etc.
