Disney Give a Day Get a Day Logo
This year, Disney is celebrating the good things people do for their communities through Give a Day. Get a Disney Day.  They hope to inspire one million people to volunteer a day of service at a participating organization, and in return volunteers will receive a free 1-day, 1-theme park pass.
 
Follow these steps to participate:
 
1. Search & sign up for a qualified volunteer opportunity.
2. Volunteer
3. Celebrate!  Once your service is verified, you will received a voucher to redeem for your Disney Park pass.
Volunteer receptionist needed 
United Way is seeking a volunteer receptionist to help greet visitors, answer the phone, and perform general office work.  Our receptionists often represent the first impression for our guests and are a critical link in connecting external community members with United Way staff and services.
 
This roles is perfect for those who have good communication skills and a desire to work with people.  Hours are flexible, free on-site parking is available, and training will be provided.

Welcome Charles!
 
Please help us welcome Charles Archie as the new Volunteer Center Program Coordinator.  Charles recently worked as a Campaign Account Rep for United Way.  He brings experience in marketing, business, and non-profit program work.
