Greetings!
Throughout our region there are thousands of vacant homes waiting for buyers. Many of these homes need light to moderate rehab attention. Many prospective buyers may be unaware of mortgage products that are available to help in just these circumstances. The Piece by Piece Initiative invites you to a two-hour presentation on currently available rehab mortgage products vital to rebuilding metro Atlanta neighborhoods and boosting our local economy.
The "Understanding Rehab Mortages" presentation will include HUD's 203(k) and Streamline products as well as Fannie Mae's HomePath Renovation and HomeStyle Mortgage products.
The presentation will include professionals currently utilizing these mortgage products and ways you can leverage these resources to expand your business and support your clients. What else can you expect to hear at this event?
