"You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless." (Matthew 5:13, NLT)

Did you fall short of God's plans for your life in 2008? (Not your plans ... God's plans!) Are you in danger of losing your flavor? Don't sleep on who you truly are. Join us for the first Thirsty Thursdays Bible Study of 2009 as we jump start a year of miracles by "Unlocking Your True Potential!"

Any adventurous souls interested in a moderate five-mile hiking trip in Shenandoah National Park, VA? If so, please email Sis. Nicole Sergeant so we can get a head count. We are considering dates in early 2009, but don't worry the exercise will keep you warm.

Anyone interested in a scavenger hunt through downtown DC? All teams will be given approximately 3 hours, a map of the area, a bag of snacks, and clues for the game. The cost is $30 per team ($15 per person) and we need a minimum of 5 teams (10 people). Actual date will depend on the availability of participants. If you are interested contact Sis. Nicole Sergeant.
