See You In September

Meditation Maintenance
Classes will be starting up again on Wednesday, September 5, from 7-9 PM at the Wright Tavern Center in Concord, MA.

These are drop-in sessions for students who have some previous experience with meditation and want to deepen their informal and formal practices.

Drop in fee is $15 per class.  Classes are held on the first Wednesday of each month (September through June)
Greetings!

Are you finding time to slow down to the speed of life during these hot and steamy days of August? These are perfect times to allow yourself to find a patch of shade and take in the bounty of nature before you.  If you haven't had the opportunity to savor a sun-ripened tomato or freshly picked ear of butter and sugar corn yet this season, make mindful eating your August priority!

During the month of August, I will be offering two workshops:  Mindfulness at Walden Pond and Tools for Teens.  Read more about each of these workshops in this newsletter.

Looking ahead to the Fall, registration is now underway for the Fall Session of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.  Classes will be offered on a NEW evening (Monday), as well as Friday mornings.

Finally, if you are a family or professional caregiver mark September 19 on your calendar for a special day of Caregiver R&R: Resources and Relaxation. More information is included below.

Wishing you a month of delicious mindfulness,
