Welcome to this months little newsletter.

I hope you find this months newsletter interesting. Recently I have had a number of clients ask me why they appear to be their own worst enemy? They know they are their own rock in their own stream, and yet still their live continues to be less creative and joyful as they expect. Why is that?

Hmmm! Good question many have most likely asked themselves over many years. One reason is our past memories, hidden in our own part of the brain called 'Hippocampus'. This part of the brain that recalls all memories and emotions. As human beings we do remember experiences in pictures and emotions. My new book 'The New Extraordinary You in 5 Steps.' explains this in more details. However for the purpose of this newsletter, lets chat about our own inner voice.

The Fears of Your Inner Voice
Which One Are You?

Your Inner voice issues, fears, are usually related to low- self-esteem, lack of self confidence internally- one thing to act confident and happy on the outside, but for some they do not truly feel this deep down. It is those deep down emotions and feelings that have power and energy attached to them. Your inner voice issues may take various shape or forms. From the list below which ones do you recognize?
  1. The have to be Miss Perfect- always believes they or it is never good enough;
  2. The Guilt Emotion makes us believe that we are being selfish and uncaring if we don't put others before ourselves;
  3. The Doomsday Worrier where by we worry about every negative outcome and the worst scenario before we even start;
  4.  The Underdog- always telling yourself that others are better and more capable,have more to offer than we have;

And so the list can go on, I am sure you can add a few. However, do you know how your inner voice/negative chatter talks, behaves and stops your progress? 

Silence The Mind
Questions to help silence your mind.
  1. How do I hold myself back? What does my inner voice/chatter really speak?
  2. What is my greatest fear or fears that hold me back?
  3. Am I really aware of how this inner voice holds me back at any given moment? If so, do I realize that?
  4. So how do I learn to reprogram this this inner voice ?
  5. If a friend asked me for advice on their negative inner voice/chatter, what would I advise them to do to stop the negative cycle?  

What you eventually need to be able to do is re-program that inner voice and set of beliefs we hold in our head, the stories we tell ourselves.
