Hike New Trails This Winter!
Hiking and Snowshoeing Right in Town

Billings-Tomfohr Natural Area sits in the middle of the Twin Bluff neighborhood surrounded by Spruce Drive, Twin Bluff Road, Siewert Street, Perlich Avenue, Birchwood Avenue, and others. Now you can enjoy a quick hike on these newly cleared trails with maps and painted markers to keep you on track. You'll find scenic overlooks, wooded canopies, gorgeous pines, and winter wildlife. (Click map link below.)

* Sumac Drive trail head offers a gradual ascent.
* Neil Street trail head provides a steeper climb.

Cross Country Ski at Memorial Park

Miles of Gorgeous Groomed Trails

Thanks to Red Wing's Aurora Cross Country Ski Club, these breathtaking routes through woods and prairie will be groomed all season long. New maps and ski signs will point you the right way. (Click map link below.) Trails wind through Memorial Park on Sorin's Bluff and the hills on Mississippi National Golf Links course. Park in the same lot for both locations.
