BTN movement

Dear All,

Namaste!

We hope this newsletter find you well! We are now upon the Fall season which means that it's time to cleanse ourselves and release the old to welcome in the new.  We should invite in this changing energy, and be ever-evolving and spontaneous. Life is not meant to always stay the same.  It is supposed to flow and change, always renewing and rejuvenating, bringing in new opportunities and possibilities. We hope that with this change of seasons, it brings beautiful new changes into your lives.

This time of the year is always a good time to start something new or get into some kind of a routine.  We encourage you to make meditation a part of your everyday routine.  Our meditation sessions will help you get on track and stay on track with your spiritual practice. For a full schedule of our meditation classes and speaking events, kindly visit our website at www.BreakTheNorms.com

We hope this newsletter serves you well and brings a little light into your inbox.  We always welcome you to share your feedback and suggestions with us at info@BreakTheNorms.com

Thank you for all of your love and support!

Love,

Team BTN

"There is no conflict in meditation and Love.  In fact, the more you meditate, the more you are capable of Love.  The more you Love, the more you become capable of meditation."

BTN Overseas

We are pleased to announce that BTN is now a global force.  This past month we visited Hong Kong and Switzerland to conduct our BTN Samadhi meditation workshops and both were a great success!

We were welcomed with open arms and open hearts. Hong Kong is an amazing place, packed with good energy and words cannot describe the beauty and magic of Switzerland.  We will absolutely come back to both Hong Kong and Switzerland in the near future....and who knows where else!

We also welcome the attendees and clients from HK & Switzerland to their first newsletter issue of BTN.

We want to take the opportunity to thank our coordinators and hosts in both countries.

Creating Connections
By Lousie Scalza

The more you look around, the more you will notice the invisible web that this magnificent Universe weaves. The connections are within our cells, all throughout our lives and are being woven at this very moment in space and time. Connections are the glue that creates this world and makes our individual selves come together as one.
