Sailor of the Quarter at Air Station Savannah

Air Station RecognitionOur Council has helped recognize an outstanding Coast Guard enlisted person at Air Station Savannah.  Earlier today, Bob Gephart, Mike Campbell, Joe Tillman, Tom Latham, and Tom Wright attended a ceremony honoring YN2 Anika Doehl at Sailor of the Quarter at the Coast Guard facility on Hunter Army Airfield.  Bob presented YN2 Doehl with a US Savings Bond and a book from the Commandant's reading list.  Equally exciting, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Michael P. Leavitt--the highest enlisted Coast Guardsman in the nation--was also on hand.  Remember, your membership dues fund our gifts to outstanding sea service members like YN2 Doehl- so thank YOU for making important work possible!
