| You're Not Crazy |
I can't tell you how many clients I have had who have been made to feel they were crazy by their partner, only to discover that their partner was the one who was delusional, not them.
Sometimes, this can be an extreme case, where the partner is highly disturbed and exceptionally clever at projecting any problems or issues onto the other (an example being a sociopath). Other times, the partner's projection is a result of conditioning and patterning to avoid looking within.
Often, it can be a grueling journey of blindly attempting to fix the issues one is made to believe they have, without receiving any benefits. Finally, with help, they can come to the conclusion that they are not the problem - the partner is. This priceless discovery leads to self-honor and self-trust of feelings and inner voice.
At this point, it is important to gather all information and facts that could rule out the diagnosis of a sociopath. If in fact, your partner is one, it is crucial to get the law involved and get protection. Clearly, this person must leave your home and your life.
If your partner is not a sociopath, firm communication of the knowledge that you are not the problem, and instead your partner has issues to heal, is needed. If your partner is still avoiding that they have some healing and shifting to do, then a decision about continuing with this relationship will need to be made. Do you want to continue to be oppressed in this way? You deserve equality in giving and taking in the relationship, and in nurturing the love, harmony and joy between you. It can be challenging to make a decision to leave, but I assure you once you are free from oppression, you will feel uplifting joy and exhilaration. The beliefs that you are the crazy one will be gone forever, and invaluable trust you have in your inner voice will cause you to fly high!

| How To Relax | 
We live such busy lives, with so many things demanding our attention, that we can get caught up in allowing our minds to take over and bring us away from our center of inner peace.
It's vital to our health and well-being to take time out and come back to our center and just be. When we do, we replenish our energy and give ourselves the gift of clarity, peace, joy, and love.
To do this requires a commitment to meditating daily. I find 20 minutes is sufficient, however, if you are a beginner, it may take slightly longer. Be sure to set aside some time where you will be undisturbed. Start by taking a few deep breaths and just let go of your tension, worries, and cares. Notice how you feel when you do. It should feel like you are melting - aaaahhhhh. When your mind kicks in, just notice it, let it go, and come back to that feeling. It's the feeling or vibe that is important. Remember that. Anything thoughts about what you should be doing need to go, and bring back the importance of just being. Allow that feeling of just being for the rest of the meditation.
When you do this, you connect with your true self which IS peace, joy, and love. And when you do this daily, you are loving and nurturing yourself even more! Allow all that goodness to embrace and nourish you! Enjoy! |
