| Trusting Divine Guidance |
When I was at the beginning of watching my life as I knew it falling apart, I was desperately searching for answers. I had a close friend who knew of a reader who worked with the angels to give messages and guidance from them. I always had a strong belief in angels, and even more so during this time, so I jumped right in to make an appointment.
What took place was bigger than I anticipated. It was less about the guidance that was being given, and more about the actual communication with the divine. I wanted to communicate myself in this way, and this was in complete alignment with one of my life purposes.
I had no idea before I went into that appointment that this was what I wanted to do or that this would bring me the joy that I was seeking. Looking back, it is clear that I was being divinely guided to go there. I have since trusted in the guidance I received to add my unique healing practice to this profession, and even more joy fulfills me because of it!
We live very busy lives, being bombarded day after day with new experiences to pay attention to, so sometimes we need something really big to happen in order to listen and pay attention to divine guidance. Answers to your prayers lie in trusting divine guidance, and they start with listening to those inner nudges that repeatedly tell you to "just do it" in whatever form that means to you at the time. This is your higher self, your angels, your guides, and all of the divine helping you. Often, as in my case, many prayers will be answered at once!

| Thoughts Create Your Reality |  A common piece of guidance I offer to clients in need is to watch their thoughts as they create their reality. This becomes effortless as they move through and balance their karma, and heal their wounds.
It does take a conscious effort however, to monitor the thoughts, because even though they have done a lot of healing, the old "tapes" replay over in their minds and they may think they haven't healed or grown past the karma. The mind hasn't caught up to where they really are on their path.
Visualizations work best, as positive thoughts and affirmations naturally follow them. I recommend visualizing watching yourself in a movie where you feel and behave exactly as you desire. For example, if you have done a lot of healing to increase your worthiness and self-esteem, yet old "tapes" are playing in your mind telling you that you are not worthy, visualize yourself as being and feeling worthy and confident. Positive thoughts will follow, and you'll notice an inner and outer difference in your reality. You are in a time where joy is always available to you, so create it with your thoughts!
